Hire me for performances, special events/private parties, or festivals (stage or roaming).
Teaching and instructing physical arts is my mission, but performance will forever be my greatest passion.
My performances are a culmination of everything I have learned across all my disciplines – Yoga, Martial Arts, Acrobatics. People can see it in the power and the precision of my movements that I have achieved something. I want people to be inspired to find what they love doing with their body.

My Story: Flow, to Fire, to Fitness
When I was lost and didn’t know what I loved in this world I came across a young man in the underground clubs of Boston. He had an LED cylinder at the end of a 10 foot rope and would always captivate me as he moved to the music. I remembered from the old movies I watched growing up this was different than the other things I had seen people dancing with – It wasn’t a toy, it was a weapon. The Rope Dart/Meteor Hammer was one of the last weapons taught in the Chinese Wushu weapon series, and in this day is one of the most obscure and rarely seen.
I never felt like I had a knack for anything, I never had the aptitude I wanted for physical arts or sports. Even the skills I had already learned by age 23 were slow and needed to be explicitly taught to me over and over again before I retained them. I was never the ‘best’ in any class. Something just felt different with the rope dart. I went outside a little every day and I taught myself from nothing. I never felt discouraged and I never got bored. Before I knew it people would gather around and watch me, they were inspired by me, when they saw me on fire they would cheer for me.
It was finding the rope dart that coincided with the starting of my new life. Something changed in me and I didn’t dread practicing my craft or using my body anymore. I found something that completed me inside and out and it filled me with desire to endure all of the things that might not have immediate rewards. Although I had started practicing Tai Chi and I grew up watching Kung(Gong) Fu movies, it was through the Rope Dart that I truly understood “Gong Fu” – Hard work over time to cultivate real skill.
